How do I stop sending emails to customers that have already left reviews?

If the system is still sending email reminders to people that have already left a review on your business, you can prevent this from happening by doing the following:

(1) Manually check in the “Customers” section of the WaveReview application to determine which people have left reviews, then mark them as “converted” in their profile or click on “stop sending emails” if your customer doesn’t want to receive emails from your business. 


(2) Place a “P.S.” in your email templates that say something to the effect of, “We are diligent about checking reviews, but we don’t always catch them all.  If you already left a review, please disregard this message and THANK YOU for doing this.”
