How do I set up my Amazon Account?
For Amazon Accounts using US as Market Place:
Step
1 - Give WaveReview access to your SellerCentral account.

Go to: https://sellercentral.amazon.com/gp/mws/registration/register.html
and login
2. Select the third option " I want to give a developer access to my Amazon seller account with MWS " and click Next.
3. input Developer's Name: WaveReview Developer Account Number: 9804-4246-9145, then click Next.
4. Accept the License Agreement and click Next
5. You will be shown Seller Acct & Developer “Identifiers”. Please copy each of these keys, and place them into the account settings in WaveReview. This step is explained in Step 2 below.
Step
2 - Login to WaveReview and edit Account
Settings.
1. Login to WaveReview at http://app.wavereview.com
(with your login settings that you used to set up the account)
2. Go to Account Info in the top right corner and from the drop down, select Integrations.
Step
3 - Give WaveReview access to your seller feedback
rating.
1. From the Amazon SellerCentral home page, click on the Settings button in the
upper right hand corner.
2. From the drop down, select the User Permissions option.
3. Enter amazon@wavereview.com
as a new user and then Send Invitation. WaveReview will receive your invitation and
will then provide you the Confirmation Code. For the full steps, click HERE

4. Once you have received the confirmation back from us, you will need to edit the permissions for WaveReview by going into your Seller Central and clicking on Settings > User Permissions > edit (for the amazon@wavereview.com user) > scroll down to the Reports section > Feedback and click View. To see a video of this, click HERE.
5. Give WaveReview access to see your Business and Sales information as well. To do this, in the top right corner of your Amazon Seller Central Account click on the Settings > User Permissions > edit (for the amazon@wavereview.com user) > scroll to Reports section > Business Reports, Sales Summary and click on View & Edit. Click Continue to save new settings, which will be verified by green “Success” check mark at top of screen.
For Amazon Accounts using Other Market Places:
Step
1 - Give WaveReview access to your SellerCentral account.

Step 2 - Login to WaveReview and edit Account Settings.

Once this is
completed, your account wil be synced with WaveReview. (You can always log into the home section to
check the status of Customers, Feedback and Reports to insure they have a “synced
with Amazon” date.)
If at any point you wish to stop sending emails while you tweak your templates, you can turn off email by going to Account Info > Advanced Settings > Email Sending “Off”
