conversion rate is not applicable for inside of Amazon because Amazon doesn't
allow us to track clicks. As it is, you
aren't sending out emails to ask for seller feedback, you are asking for
product feedback. So the conversion rate you see is for number of people
that have left seller feedback. Since Amazon
doesn’t calculate seller feedback conversion rates many of our customers find
this information helpful.
